These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Alberta Tool Rentals' website and services. By accessing albertatoolrentals.com, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Tool Rental Agreement
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to rent tools.
Rental Terms : Rental duration, fees, and conditions are as specified in your rental agreement.
Tool Care: You are responsible for using the tools properly and returning them in the condition received (excluding normal wear and tear).
Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges as outlined in your rental agreement.
2. Payment Terms
- All rental fees, deposits, and applicable payment processing fees for credit card transactions must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. EFT is the preferred payment method for all invoices unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Damage, Loss, or Theft
- You are liable for any loss, theft, or damage to rented tools and equipment. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your deposit or charged separately. In the event of loss or theft, the renter is responsible for 100% of the replacement cost of the tool, battery, charger, and any included accessories. Additional charges may also apply for missing parts, consumables, or accessories not returned with the equipment.

- Subleasing or transferring rented tools to another party is prohibited.
